Community Consultation
Berkeley has submitted an outline planning application to Guildford Borough Council for up to 600 new homes and a new children’s nursery in Effingham.
We are inviting the community to attend a public meeting to view our updated proposals. People will have the opportunity to meet the Berkeley team, find out about how proposals have evolved since consultation took place in July this year, and ask questions.

People will be able to formally comment on the application via Guildford Borough Council’s planning portal once it has been validated by the Council.
If the application is approved, future opportunities will be available to help shape the design details including design workshops, public exhibitions and digital updates.
